Kept my car inside overnight (during thunderstorms) and I appreciated that to avoid picking it up and bringing it back the next day. I was a bit put off when someone sorta pointed me to the door for the cash appreciated that to avoid picking it up and bringing it back the next day. When we had a problem with the used Chevy Equinox we bought from Freeport Ford, they took steps to get the repairs done ASAP, and have graciously allowed us to use a loaner in the meantime.
