And to top of off everything was done over the phone and electronic e sign( I live 90 miles west). Scott even delivered the vehicle to my place of choice( my home town). THANK YOU Scott once again! My salesperson, Manny Avila, as well as the entire team took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new vehicle, review options that worked for me, and ensure that I would be comfortable both with my vehicle selection and with the financing options available. As someone who was weighing a few different vehicle options I never felt rushed during my visit, and the team was prioritizing the quality of the experience, and making sure I was satisfied. Nothing bad to say what so ever. Highly recommend Heller Motors in Pontiac, IL. Was looking for a newer used Chrysler Pacifica. Wanted to trade in our Explorer for the van. Had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Mehrkens. Got to say one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. Told him exactly what I wanted and he was able to get my family and I in a van that we absolutely love. He was to the point and didn't beat around the bush with things I asked him about. He is very professional, kind and courteous and knows how to help a customer. Jeremy worked with the finance department and even helped me get a lower payment than what I already had as well. I would definitely take the drive to come see Jeremy and the awesome staff at Heller's again. Thank you to Jeremy and staff!!

Just picked up our new Bronco! Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Dan, our sales guy, made working from out of state a breeze (including working on our trade in value.) Cedrick was thorough & worked hard to complete our transaction electronically ahead of time, so our in person closing ran smoothly. The front desk staff was so welcoming! Sean even took time to talk to us about our experience dropping our kid off at college… really genuine folks at Kunes Sterling. We would highly recommend working with them, and hope to again in the future. Class acts.

We've been taking our 2009 Honda CRV to Fairway Ford Lincoln Service Department, Freeport, Illinois for the past 7 years, for oil changes and regular maintenance. Their Service Department consistently gives excellent service, along with very fair prices. Most recently we had the Honda in for an oil change and to check out a rattling noise coming from beneath the car. This team thoroughly investigated and found the heat shield was making the sound and needed to be replaced. Problem solved. Thank you to Jordan, Brandon and Patrick for your good service and willingness to accommodate our schedule.
