Experience went smoothly but she never checked with car warranty that we have if the abnormal tire wear would be covered or partially covered due to defective part that caused it. We called the warranty company and they said it' wouldn't automatically be covered but would be reviewed given the fact that the defective part they covered caused the uneven wear pattern on tires. I know generally that tires are a wear product and would not generally be covered
