Got warranty work done and had them also look at my key getting stuck in ignition while the warranty part wasn’t there all day and came early to mid day the next following day. Chelsea was great with the communication and letting me know what was going on. My VW was in for service due to an error with the emergency call system. Explained when we would be in. The salesman took her name and number. I told him not to contact her until we had stopped in to which he agreed. He then ignored what I explained and called the next day. She will not be working with him. More
