We stopped in the dealership today (7/17/26) to ask for help with our navigation system in our 2025 GMC Sierra because the voice/sound was very low and we couldn’t hear the driving instructions. Tony Maza help with our navigation system in our 2025 GMC Sierra because the voice/sound was very low and we couldn’t hear the driving instructions. Tony Mazano greeted us first and was more than willing to help. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient in navigating all the options to figure out the problem. He was successful in fixing the voice level so we can now hear the navigation instructions. As an aside we mentioned to Tony that since we purchased the vehicle (November/2025?) we were never able to connect our garage door opener to the truck. We called a few times and left messages with the sales dept but received no return calls. Tony apologized for the dealership and then informed us that we could just call the OnStar button. No one suggested this step to us previously. We didn’t know On Star was an option to help with setting up the garage door. Also we didn’t realize we still had access to OnStar. Oh my! I guess we could have checked, but didn’t. We thought the On Star was only available for 3-6 months. We will now plan to follow up with On Star re our garage door opener. Thank you Tony! More
