I’m writing this review to counter act the one where the man is upset about his 500 referral. Dude this wasn’t even your car deal, someone else bought the car and yeah you may or may it have got a referral which may or not have been advertised and you come on here and blast this like you just bought a car. You and your keyboard warrior generation need to take a hard look at what you say how you say it and who it affects. Additionally if you have any need to even chime in. Clearly I don’t as I have g bought a car from them. However seeing your display of xx when you were not even the customer is ludicrous. And if the guys due the 500 pay him cut a check and quit with the add it to the next deal xx. From a dealer vet stop that talk.

I can’t say enough about the helpfulness and professionalism of Michael Sutton, my sales associate at Savannah Toyota.I am a busy healthcare worker, and he was attentive to my schedule, gave a fair price, and was eminently available after the sale which says the most about him, Michael went out of his way to make sure my transaction was easy and effective. I would buy 10,000 more cars from him if I need to I recommend him without reservation to anyone who’s looking for an honest, conscientious sales person who puts their customer above their own quota. What a superstar!

Be prepared to get charged for things that should be common sense. I bought my truck from this dealership and wanted to keep supporting them, but they made it clear that taking your money comes first. I came in for an oil change on my 2024 Tundra and brought the OEM steel skid plate to replace the felt one. The oil change already requires removing and reinstalling the skid plate, and the higher trims come with the same steel plate from the factory. The process is identical. Still, they tried to charge me extra for literally doing nothing more. The priority here is squeezing every dollar out of you, not customer service.

What really stood out was how kind they were to my 9 year-old. They took the time to make her feel included and comfortable, which meant so much to me as a parent. Recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Sequioa TRD Pro from Lowe Toyota. First of all, the buying experience was much better than previous experiences at other dealers in the Middle Georgia area. After owning the vehicle for three weeks, found that there was a problem with the vehicle in how it was made at the factory. The accessory on the vehicle was causing a minor problem and I am a very picky customer. I dealt with Kevin Williams, the sales manager and made him aware of the problem. He had limited ability as the local dealer sales manager to handle a problem that was factory installed. However, he promptly came to a satisfactory solution for both of us. The accessory was removed and corrected the problem with the vehicle. By the way, I love the Sequoia, and this corrected the only complaint I had with the vehicle. He did what a manager is hired to do. He was presented with a problem and came to a solution in a prompt manner and I left the dealership satisfied. This is rare in today's market, especially with car dealerships. I want to thank Kevin for his help and would recommend Lowe's to anyone. Keith Martin
