I purchased our vehicle at your dealership based on my research of your organization and reviews posted at different websites referencing customer service, values and reputation. For this reason, we came research of your organization and reviews posted at different websites referencing customer service, values and reputation. For this reason, we came from Phenix City Al about 80 Miles away to check out a vehicle that you had listed. My spouse and I had an appointment set to see the car this past Tuesday the 26th of August. At this time, we did a test drive and an overall walk around the vehicle. We noticed a scratch on the right rear qtr panel and were told by the sales manager that it would be corrected by the time we picked up the vehicle. Being that the vehicle was dirty and had water stains I did not go over the vehicle on Tuesday. We did the paperwork and set a time for pickup today, the 30th of August. Being the fact that it was raining and the car was wet again I did not see anything. When we got back home and looked the vehicle over, needless to say I was unhappy with my $44615.00 purchase! I called the sales agent and requested the sales manager at which time I was told I would get a call. Nothing yet! I attached the photo's of the new car. I haven't worked at a dealership in many years, but I do remember that they used to do a thorough prep prior to the customer receiving their vehicle. Things were missed! On another note I paid $300 for window tint with bubbles a welcome kit and anti theft VIN etching that I can not find. I also see that I paid double for Door Edge guards and Door cups: the first time in the sticker price the other in the Hutchinson Advantage. I tried calling multiple times asking for a Sales Manager to try and get this corrected with no success! More
