We worked with Alex Hernandez, our service manager, who guided us through a highly difficult problem with our new RX350 h. The car died after it was off loaded from the auto train in Sanford, FL . It had to be towed to Lexus of Winter Park to attempt to repair it. Alex could not have been more thoughtful, attentive, professional, and caring. The repair process took about 4 days but Alex kept us informed, provided us a loaner and professionally oversaw the whole repair process. Lexus covered the entire cost of the repairs
Alex is an immense credit to Lexus of Winter Park and a shining example of the professionalism of the dealership.
In addition when we had to have the car towed on Sunday from the auto train in Sanford, FL to Lexus of Winter Park so it could be evaluated and repaired, the service department was closed. However, salesperson Allan MacDonald was terrific in guiding us through a process to get our non operable automobile to the right place on the service lot and helping us start the process to get maintenance work started on the car the following day when the service department reopened. He too is a great credit to the organization.
Overall a 5*+ rating for Alex, Allen, and the dealership.
