Took them a week to replace a bumper they estimated to take one day. Did not contact me to inform me repairs would take longer and did not return half of my phone calls. Did not appreciate the general attitude of Mr. Woods or his supervisor. Courtesy driver was quite nice.

This place is huge. Worked with Steve in service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He not only addressed my immediate concern he also went over the car and found other issues with the vehicle. He got us into a loaner and took care of all issues. I now feel confident in the vehicle I purchased. Thank you Steve.

I spent close to $10,000 to have a Mercedes Diesel engine rebuilt and then when it failed fixed again and I still have an engine that leaks oil and does not run as expected. Talking to Noel is an experience and even if you have it written in stone from GOD if he thinks differently then you are wrong and all his friends he has known since he was a kid will back him up... I now have a $10,000 pile of crap and he will not honor his warranty. You decide if you would trust your engine and money with someone like this
