Also, arranged a test drive at a set time to test a particular vehicle. I received numerous text and email reminders of the time and individual I was to see. I was on time. The dealer rep I was to see was not available and it was more than a half hour before someone totally unfamiliar with my previous arrangements appeared to assist me. She was very helpful but if you are repeatedly reminding the customer of a specific appointment you have an obligation to be there too. A
