I have been a loyal Lexus customer in Miami, Florida, for more than 16 years. While on vacation here in Orlando, unfortunately a nail punctured one of my tires. My advisor in Miami recommended that I come to more than 16 years. While on vacation here in Orlando, unfortunately a nail punctured one of my tires. My advisor in Miami recommended that I come to Lexus of Orlando to have it repaired. When I arrived, I understood that the tire issue was unexpected and not something planned. However, I wanted to share feedback regarding my experience with a young employee named Victoria . I believe she may need additional training on customer interaction and body language, especially when dealing with older customers. If a customer begins speaking in Spanish, it does not necessarily mean they do not speak English. Even after I switched to English, I felt like I was being ignored, and at times she looked at her coworker as if she did not understand what I was saying. Unfortunately, her attitude and body language did not make me feel welcomed. That said, I would also like to recognize the other staff members around her, who were very attentive and professional, especially Ingrid, the advisor assisting me. Ingrid was absolutely excellent — very kind, respectful, professional, and welcoming throughout the process. I am still here waiting for my tire replacement, but I wanted to bring this to your attention so that Vanessa can hopefully receive additional customer service and body language training moving forward.
