Great service and knowledgeable staff. Our sales rep, Joey Romano, was especially helpful and provided us with all the details and options available on the new hybrid models we were interested in. While my Lexus was in for warranty service, he even took the time to show us your service center which we were totally impressed with how well organized and clean it was. It’s no wonder Lexus Of Wesley Chapel is rated so high. Jose was our service rep, and he too, was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to our service repair. I only wish that Lexus would build another Dealership north of Tampa so we don’t have to drive so far for service.

I chose to drive 45 minutes to this dealership because the one 10 minutes down the road is a hassle. Overall, the experience was pleasurable. Greeted, served, quickly, and the service technician was kind and respectable. Two things that could be improved upon are on the phone when I was scheduling I was told the tire would be ordered when I showed up for the appointment. I made sure to communicate it was a special tire that needed to be ordered. When I came in for the appointment the tire was not ordered and I had to wait until the end of the week. The other thing is, I was asked if I wanted the car washed, I said yes but it was not washed. I would return again as my experience here was much better than the other dealership.
