Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!🌸 A few weeks ago, we purchased a car from Lexus of Wesley chapel and were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The staff treated us exceptionally well, ensuring a smooth and pleasant buying process. Recently, we returned for an oil change and tire service. While waiting, we appreciated the convenience of their cozy cafeteria, which provided complimentary refreshments. A couple of days after the service, we noticed a minor oil leak. Upon contacting the dealership, they promptly addressed our concern by picking up the car from our home in Ocala the same day. To minimize any inconvenience, they provided us with a loaner vehicle while they resolved the issue. The following day, our car was returned to our doorstep in perfect condition, and they retrieved the loaner. Overall, the service at Lexus of Wesley chapel has been outstanding. From the initial purchase to after-sales support, every interaction has been positive. We plan to continue servicing our vehicles there and will undoubtedly consider Lexus of Wesley chapel for any future car purchases.

It is always a pleasure working with all the associates at this dealership. Zack is always friendly with everyone he talks to. He got us squared away with our service and loaner car. This dealership runs like a well oiled machine. The cafeteria and snack bar is wonderful as well. We love our 350 NX, it is so comfortable and practically drives itself. I am less fatigued on long distance trips. I can't say enough about this dealership or the wonderful people that work there.

Great dealership. We purchased our 2018 Lexus RX350 from another great dealership, but since our warranty expired, we decided to take it to Scanlon because it is close by. Our service advisor was Glen Conway. I can’t say enough good things about this man. He went above and beyond for a guy with an older vehicle that wasn’t purchased at Scanlon. Glen is a perfect example of exemplary service with a friendly and inviting personality. We will now go to Scanlon for all our service and possibly a newer vehicle when needed. Give this man a raise. He’s worth it.
