I went to Lexus of Sarasota to look at a 2022 Audi A5 convertible that was for sale. I was a bit late in putting in my offer and the car went to someone else. That is when the owner of Morgan Auto group and Chris Lima ( team leader ) really stepped up and looked around for a similar vehicle for me and they certainly found one and we bought it. I can not say enough about the honesty and integrity of this group and Mr. Lima and Mr. Morgan. The salesperson Carl was also great to work with as was the service manager Kipp. If you are looking for a new or preowned car you owe it to yourself to try Lexus of Sarasota or any of the other dealerships under the Morgan Auto Group banner.

Once again, I received exceptional service at Lexus of Orange Park. Bryan had me in and out the door with a loaned in less than 15 minutes of my arrival. Susan had me finished with the paperwork and out the door in 20 minutes upon picking up my 450h+ PHEV. My car continues to amaze me with the super mileage on both electric driving and hybrid driving. I only have routine 5,000 mile service and never (knock on wood) a mechanical or electrical issue. This dealership is definitely 5 star!

We were greeted warmly when entering the dealership. The place is huge. Gisel and Taylor were very warm and inviting. They saw that we were comfortable. They are a nice do. They work well together. The place is very clean. Looks like an airport entrance. We were treated with care.
