Howard had answers to all of our questions. If he didn’t have the information we were looking for he looked into it and provided an answer for us. The transaction was a breeze, Howard went over and above our expectations. He even answered my text about a question I had right away a few days after we brought our new Lexus home. We dealt with the sales person, finance person and a few days later we dealt with the service team as we had the windows tinted. They are a great all around team. Mark Brown, our sales person has been in touch numerous times over the first weeks asking us how everything was going and if we had any questions or concerns to call or text hom. Great customer service.
