Stopped by and Cesar was very accommodating and courteous and ended up trading in our old vehicle and purchasing from them. Everyone was pleasant and a very positive experience for a stressful process.

Bait and switch experience. I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years and have never written a review like this, but my experience here warrants sharing. I received a call confirming the vehicle we wanted was available. I attempted to place a deposit but was told it was not necessary and that the vehicle would be held for two hours. We were given a VIP appointment and left within ten minutes, driving two hours to the dealership. We even received a call when we were about thirty minutes away confirming we were still on our way and that the vehicle was being held. Upon arrival, the situation changed. We were shown a vehicle in a completely different color and told there had been a misunderstanding. A manager was brought in to reinforce this explanation. However, all communication was in writing via text and email. It became clear that the vehicle we were told was being held had been sold before we arrived. The experience felt misleading and unprofessional, and it did not reflect the level of transparency I would expect
