Great dealership. We purchased our 2018 Lexus RX350 from another great dealership, but since our warranty expired, we decided to take it to Scanlon because it is close by. Our service advisor was Glen Conway. I can’t say enough good things about this man. He went above and beyond for a guy with an older vehicle that wasn’t purchased at Scanlon. Glen is a perfect example of exemplary service with a friendly and inviting personality. We will now go to Scanlon for all our service and possibly a newer vehicle when needed. Give this man a raise. We were disappointed when agent Lora or Lorry promised - Galyna

We were disappointed when agent Lora or Lorry promised work with us but she didn’t at first day, February, 19. Other agent Alex Aruna have work with us pretty well. Any way we left a deposit and came in again next day with final decision to take a car. Paperwork took 5 hours (!) but Alex tried to do as good as possible. Actually, we thanked just him because his job was good.
