I had an excellent buying experience from this elite Lexus dealership. I reached out to the dealership because I wanted a very specific vehicle and we do not have a Lexus dealership where I live. This dealership appeared to have two of the vehicles that I was searching for coming in very soon. After speaking with the salesman it was learned that both of these vehicles were spoken for already. So they searched all over for the vehicle that I wanted & after three or four days they were able to locate one and arrange for it to be sent to their dealership. we made arrangements for me to pick the car up over that weekend. They even came and picked me up at the other dealership where I was getting rid of my old car and let me drive my vehicle back to their location. While there is a lot of paperwork to do in any car sale they were good at utilizing my time by introducing me to all the features on the vehicle helping me hook up my phone to my car going through all the settings, etc. They even took pictures and offered to put a bow on the car!!! They have followed up several times to be sure that I don't have any questions and have already scheduled my first service next year. I would highly recommend this group if you're looking for a Lexus. Jeremiah was my salesperson.
