I worked with Mike to address a number of issues with the car, and he was extremely helpful, checking for any warranty or recall options, always keeping me posted. Within a day, the car had engine service done, the front brakes done, and the 60,000-mile service done. I'll be asking to work with Mike the next time I need any work done!

Service to our Outback was fine and vehicle was ready earlier than their original estimate. We had received a $50 gift card a week or so before the maintenance. We forgot to use it and discovered it at home the next day (a Friday). The following Monday I went to the dealer and asked for the gift card to be applied to our bill and give us credit on the credit card we used for payment. They declined saying it had to be used at the time of service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The gift card expires this June. I don’t foresee us bringing our Outback in for service for six months or more. Jada, Michaela and George couldn't have been more helpful when I had my 2019 Tuscon towed to the dealership. I'm a picky customer and ask for a lot. Not only did my knock sensor go limp, I had regular servicing scheduled plus needed several repairs. Brakes & rotors fixed, flushing systems and new tires. The bill added up and I asked for a discount, which was immediately granted. That didn't stop me from asking for coupons to be honored, which I knew was a reach... Staff is very professional, courteous and tries to give you what you ask for.

Purchasing our Explorer Platinum was easy and efficient, from the test drive explaining the essential features and immediate follow-up to explain more complicated features. Our customer service rep, Adrian Paulding, continues to ask us how we are enjoying our Explorer and if there are any other questions that he can answer. The financing component went very well, as we purchasing additional features that enhanced our ownership. The Service Dept. has twice serviced our Explorer at its normal service intervals. They also offer a courtesy pick up and drop if requested.

After a year and a half I figured I would write a review. This dealership made good with me in ways most would not, as I purchased a used car, problems come with the territory as you know, esp when you purchase and Alfa Romeo from a Mazda dealership lol. David, a young salesman with very little experience who no longer works here helped me. After making the purchase, aside of brakes and a sunroof issue they fixed no questions we went back an forth over a battery, Alfa is a tricky car, smallest drain and things don't work. Tested it several times an insisted it was fine. Bought a new battery from the Alpha dealer and proved it was in fact the battery and Central reimbursed me for it!! I just paid the car off this week and will be heading back to see what's next!
