Customer Service was great, but they sold me a car that's no good! It has had issues since the 3rd day of receiving it. My sales rep was helpful when issues first arose. One of the service employees was extremely rude and yelling at me, despite the fact I expressed my discontentment with the vehicle without raising my voice. The manager intervened and he was good with taking care of the issue; however, once my car was with the service department I received no updates, unless I called. More

I dropped off my car on a Sunday night for a Monday morning appointment. Dealership “didn’t get” to my car on Monday and promised a call the following day. I heard nothing for 5 days. I called several morning appointment. Dealership “didn’t get” to my car on Monday and promised a call the following day. I heard nothing for 5 days. I called several times over the following days and received no return call. I only got my car back, finally, on Saturday after calling and insisting someone speak to me immediately. I was promised an update that day and didn’t receive a call until 15 minutes before service closed for the day, giving me no time to get to the dealership in time to pick up my car before the department closed for a holiday weekend. More
