Bill and the dealership were both excellent. We had to change appointment times twice and the were very helpful in that, They were patient when we were late due to traffic. Bill was careful and patient and detailed in every aspect of the purchase. Little did he know how crucial his sales efforts were to us. If he had not done a good job we were done looking and had decided to keep our current car. The fact that we drove away with the car we had chosen says it all! Well done Lexus and Bill. After purchase was equally positive..Well deserved 5 stars.

From reception on my first call, to salesperson, to sales manager, to general manager, when I get ready to purchase a vehicle, my practice is to interview the dealership that I choose to work with. It is rare to find a dealership with the high quality personnel that I encountered that took the time to answer all of my questions. There is a dealer less than 10 minutes away from my home that did not get my business because they lacked the courtesy and professionalism that Ontario Porsche displayed. This dealer is more about relationships than just the short sided sale and I really appreciate that approach.

When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
