We had an emergency flat tire driving back home to Las Vegas in our Posche Taycan, and we made it to the Porsche Ontario dealership to replace the tire, as we arrived we were greeted by a very welcoming staff, we were offered refreshments right when we walked in, the intallations are state of the art, beautiful building, Partick Solis was our advisor and he was amazing, he really went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of as quick as possible, he ordered a full inspection of the vehicle, a video of the inspection was sent to us explaining every detail, they washed and detailed the car, and also fully charged it ready for us to continue our journey. This is what I call excellence in service, we will definitely recommend this outstanding dealership. Thank you Partick!

I explained my situation and he made it happen. The manager was so nice as well and the Finance Manager, Nia, was an absolute angel. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and a lot of Audis and this was by far my best experience!! I love my new car and I would refer anyone to Rusnak Westlake and please go see Julian Avnieli. It was a good experience. Met by a sales associate named Gary Lobel, a very pleasant personality to greet us. Not pushy. Wife and I just wanted to look around but ended up buying a 2025 Honda Ex L. There was no haggling and I like that. Hopefully, the service department is just as pleasant as the sales department.

Jose fielded all of my questions with patience and grace, demonstrating his knowledge and care. While Cabe did not have the Camry I wanted in stock, I actually considered getting a different one so I could deal with them— they were that good. Funny Supportive and Honest! We originally thought it would be a rough experience since it was around 7pm when we showed up because we've both been working long shifts that day. But these two amazing individuals offered us hospitality like we've never thought possibly from a car dealership! They had kind smiles and welcomed us wholeheartedly as well as offer us drinks(water or coffee) if we wanted along with positive conversations that put our minds at ease especially considering the time we finished! Ruben was great. We were at Long Lexus and was not successful in purchasing a car. We went over to browse at Longo Toyota and met Ruben at used car lot, but then transition over to new lot and found a vehicle we like. He was willing to negotiate an offer so we went and purchase the car. The professionalism and his body language toward us are welcoming so we bought the car. We don’t like sales people who doesn’t have a good attitude or body language. Ruben was excellent.
