The conversation via text is safe and very clear. I appreciate that. Michelle follow up with me a week later regarding spark plugs that need to be replaced. I was really pleased that Michelle inform me that spark plug needed replacement as Porsche changed their policy instead of four years to three years, that is wonderful Michelle.
