I purchased a used SUV off lease from Porsche Sacramento. The Carfax was clean, I signed a disclosure stating no prior accidents or damage, and the dealership provided a pre-sale inspection report. Shortly after purchase, and after the undisclosed damage ruined the entire electrical system of the car in the rain, another dealer discovered the car had been repainted before the sale - work that was never disclosed to me and that caused real damage. I was left to deal with on my own. When I raised this with Porsche Sacramento and the Niello group, they said all the right things about standing behind their products and their customers. Empty promises. Nothing was ever done. Buying a used car is entirely about trust. This dealership is not trustworthy. More

Had an issue with an overfilled oil tank while at Mt. Shasta. Called the Sacramento service department and so happy Jose picked up. He quickly got the issue and we aligned on a solution. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever experienced. The service was amazing. The sales people were patient and down to earth and wanted to talk through any issues that I had and they had a experienced. The service was amazing.
