I submitted an internet inquiry about a CPO 2023 Porsche Cayenne Coupe Turbo and Kris Assad responded almost immediately. He called to learn more about what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and was professional and genuinely friendly throughout. I had a detailed list of specific options I needed confirmed and Kris checked every single one, coming back with accurate and honest answers with no overselling, no guessing. The car was beautifully optioned, including a Head-Up Display which was high on our wish list. Ultimately we found a 2022 Cayenne Coupe Turbo here in Denver that had just been traded in with lower miles, 4 new tires, new rear brakes, and no shipping cost tipped the scale, even though the Woodland Hills car had the HUD advantage. Kris handled the news graciously and professionally. Had we not found something locally, we would absolutely have purchased from Kris without hesitation. His honesty, responsiveness and genuine care for finding the right car for us rather than just closing a sale made a lasting impression. If you're looking for someone who represents both his customers and his dealership with integrity, ask for Kris. More

When you purchase a heritage brand automobile, like a Porsche - and especially a previously-owned one - everything about the experience should be as 'right' as the vehicle itself, and that was my experie Porsche - and especially a previously-owned one - everything about the experience should be as 'right' as the vehicle itself, and that was my experience dealing with Kris Assad and the rest of his team at Porsche Woodland Hills. Kris went out of this way to match me with the right car, and once he found it to get the right deal done. I have to say Kris Assad is one of the best car salesman out there. Being a very loyal BMW customer, I tried Mercedes and will say I will never be going back to them. Mercedes corporate customer service is out there. Being a very loyal BMW customer, I tried Mercedes and will say I will never be going back to them. Mercedes corporate customer service is horrible. I was thinking about returning to BMW but decided to check out Porsche and so happy I did. Kris made the whole process very seamless. Kris was very attentive in making sure I test drove all the vehicles in order to compare, insuring I got a vehicle that was well suited for my lifestyle. When it came to negotiations on the price, I felt he worked really hard to accommodate our ask. Getting a new vehicle has always been very stressful for me but can say this time around it was a smooth process. I can't say enough positive things about Kris and highly recommend him. More
