The entire staff at Dirito Brothers Walnut Creek are fabulous at customer service and car repair. They are efficient and all questions are answered. After diving for 6 hours with a confirmed price that was negotiated before arriving we waited more than 3 hours before we saw the finance person. This was a cash deal. She seemed annoyed that it was a cash negotiated before arriving we waited more than 3 hours before we saw the finance person. This was a cash deal. She seemed annoyed that it was a cash sale and was very rude and distracted she left the desk several times as we were trying to pay. I did not get temporary plates and I live out of state. Additionally, the title did not arrive until it was FedExed to me after I called the dealer. This caused me to miss my DMV appointment and I could not get another appointment until April 04. Because we had to wait at the dealer for over 3 hours we had to travel back to NV during rush hour adding another two hours to drive that was already 5 hours long. More

Today is March 1, 2024 Dorito Brothers Sold us a vehicle on 2/14/2024 that was parked in the show room with a broken backup camera. The person who drove the vehicle out of the showroom must have put the ve on 2/14/2024 that was parked in the show room with a broken backup camera. The person who drove the vehicle out of the showroom must have put the vehicle in reverse at least 7 times if not more and did not say a word about the backup camera being broken or could not see from display! Vehicle has been at the dealership since 2/15/2024. Sean from the service department has kept us inform as to when the part will be in but he himself does not know when the part will arrive. We called the dealership on 2/27/2024 as no one had reached out to us in regards to this matter besides Sean from service department.
