There was a mix-up because the quote was for a different, less expensive model, but the dealership still honored the original out-the-door price, which I really appreciated. Artur in finance was also great to work with—he explained everything clearly, wasn’t pushy, and gave us an excellent price on the extended warranty we wanted. The salesman Albert Zakharyn sold a car that he claimed went through their inspection. I found out the bad news the following Monday, took it to my local Acura Dealer. Rotors were warp and break pads were 3MM. I spent $1,264 on top of what I paid for fixing the issues. Very unhappy! More
