I went for an Oil change and I was there for 3 hours. I saw people coming in that came after me and left before me. I was very disappointed about the way I was treated. Wow when I show with truck asked for paper work on my last visit that he never gave he said no problem , well that day later on he called to say oh they had not actually done my oil change , I confronted him about it told him I know , so is this oil change free no , I had to pay , ok fine but did not care to pay the fact that he lied , he knew he had lied because he could not give me the free one that I never got . , but that’s ok because my business with this place is over . My son bought a new Tacoma in 22 , I bought a 2024 tundra , and the wife will be trading in her 2000 Tacoma but not here , this place can not be trusted , And again my service adviser Jake the joke . I will never return again More
