They are nice and try to be helpful. I was a bit frustrated on my recent visit as I was told all fluids would be filled with the regular maintenance that was scheduled. And as soon as I I was a bit frustrated on my recent visit as I was told all fluids would be filled with the regular maintenance that was scheduled. And as soon as I left, it was raining and Amelia got a notification that I had low washer fluid so that did not happen. If this was an isolated incident, I wouldn’t mind, but this was not the first time this has happened. Additionally, my car is only a year old and has some interior pieces that are hanging from the ceiling and I was told there was no one there that was able to fix those on a Friday afternoon so I need to make an appointment on Monday or Tuesday and to avoid Saturdays cause they’re busy. I didn’t think that was the best customer service. More
