Raven is the best service person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Zach, your assistant service manager is a great individual to work with as well. My truck was in and out quickly and there had been of dealing with. Zach, your assistant service manager is a great individual to work with as well. My truck was in and out quickly and there had been an issue from the last oil change at Toyota where my truck was having a couple of drops of oil on the ground while sitting in my garage and that was fixed. Oil filter drain plug was apparently loose. Give Raven and Zach a raise and keep them happy, they are a valuable asset to the company. Hard to find such conscionable individuals such as these two.
