I've taken my 4RUNNER here for all oil changes at every 5k miles with no issues. This last time was BAD. They forgot to put oil in the engine, drove it around the building and no telling how much/what dama 5k miles with no issues. This last time was BAD. They forgot to put oil in the engine, drove it around the building and no telling how much/what damage was done. The initial service tech and manager was super nice and concerned (the guy I called on Tuesday the 24th couldn't have cared less and wanted me off the phone. And I was overly sugar sweet nice just asking about my car's long term health and viability). After thinking about it, they didn't offer to comp. the service, didn't offer to provide some sort of warranty for their total F-UP, they just filled it with oil (after who knows what damage was done) and said sorry. After the holidays I will address this further with them and I am getting my lawyer involved as well as the BBB. I like this dealer, heck I worked here when I was in college back in 1996. They need to make this right or it's going to get really ugly, really fast. More

Required 3 repeat visits after my paid service due to unchecked work, loose bolts & damaged installation. Service department was only able to offer a small refund of the work and questioned my proof thr unchecked work, loose bolts & damaged installation. Service department was only able to offer a small refund of the work and questioned my proof through out the whole process. I highly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere for service along with their lack of willingness to work with their customers. More

Not real happy that it took five trips to eventually fix the issue on a less than 1 year old Toyota Camry. We spent a lot of our time bringing the vehicle and picking it up in a very high traffic area where the issue on a less than 1 year old Toyota Camry. Service was quick, but I was not informed of the duration. Grabbed a ride home and received call on way…sat in 30mins of traffic. Would have stayed at the dealership if I had known. Oil change and emissions took over 1 1/2 hours. Then, when I checked before leaving the tech had left one of the bolts out of my skid plate. It took another 30 minutes to replace my missing bolt. O Then, when I checked before leaving the tech had left one of the bolts out of my skid plate. It took another 30 minutes to replace my missing bolt. Oil was everywhere. Dumped all inside my skid plate and dripping on to the ground. The service manager had to fix the situation himself. 2 hours, poor job performance and attempted to deceive me into thinking the job was done correctly. If I hadn’t checked my skid plate would have been improperly installed and missing a bolt. Someone needs to be fired.. The only redeeming factor was the service manager. He at least got it fixed eventually. I’ve been a loyal customer of Cobb county Toyota for years. I will not be returning to do business again. More
