After mustering up the courage to walk into a car dealership for the first time by myself, I was extremely nervous that I would not be taken seriously After mustering up the courage to walk into a car dealership for the first time by myself, I was extremely nervous that I would not be taken seriously or given a good deal since I am a young woman. From the moment I contacted Flemington BMW, Ralph, the internet specialist, was extremely patient and friendly while giving me information about the car that I was interested in. He then put me in touch with Tom to come take a look at the car of interest. Tom was immensely kind to me! He explained everything from the details of the car, the features and specs, all the way down to prices. He even went as far as telling me he'd be willing to take some time to get me a loaner vehicle that had the exact features I wanted so that I could get the car at the price point I wanted. He clearly wanted me to be very satisfied with my first BMW purchase. Even though my first visit to the dealership was mostly informational and I did not leave with a car, I left feeling like I was in good hands and that I would soon get the car I loved. Fast forward 3 weeks, Tom answered all of my questions via email and phone, and he was so knowledgeable I knew I was making the right choice by purchasing a car with him. I now have the most beautiful BMW and I am so happy about my purchase and it was a very seamless process with no hiccups. Thanks a ton, Tom! More

Visited other competing dealers and brands but the people and service in Flemington simply standout. We are very very glad that Tom Terrill was assigned to us. He knows his product, explained it very clearly and is very patient. We were never pressured to make the decision. It was just so delightful speaking and working with Tom. Even our last minute request (while closing the loan) was accommodated. This happened when all the papers have been prepared and ready for signing.
