Agata (our Advisor for all six) helped us narrow down the X3 options to the exact car we wanted, and then worked with Vince to get us a great "best" price - immediately with no haggling required. Flemington BMW also gave us a good price for our BMW X3 trade, and Cathy got us a great financing package and guided us expertly through the closing paperwork. We did purchase an extended maintenance plan because it was one customized to our needs by Cathy. All around a very pleasurable, low-stress experience. Delivery went very smoothly and Tom as usual spent quite a lot of time going over the features of the new car. Tom knows pretty much everything about the vehicles and brand he is selling. Vince Dillon was extremely helpful in pulling together a fair trade in value as well and Cathy Ferry helped pull everything together on the business side of things. I have, and will continue to recommended Flemington BMW to friends and family who are never disappointed with the service they receive from this dealership. More
