This is the second BMW I have purchased from Flemington BMW. Tom Terrill ALWAYS makes us feel like we are part of a family. He is personable and goes WAY out of his way to make this purchase enjoyable and BMW. Tom Terrill ALWAYS makes us feel like we are part of a family. He is personable and goes WAY out of his way to make this purchase enjoyable and meaningful. He is knowledgeable about the product and does anything he can to put us in the vehicle we wanted. When ever I visit the dealership (for any reason) both Tom and Mike Riccardi (Service manager) know me by name, ask how I am doing, how is the car, how is my family etc. Do you know how rare and special that is? I will continue to buy cars from this dealer and send all my friends there. More
