They patiently answered all of my questions about the car. We drove four hours to pick it up and I was in awe at Flemington BMW's entire facility. State of the art, immaculate, huge and extremely well organized. I signed all the paperwork with Tom and Gerry went over the car with me. Cindy made a point to find me and say hello. A real nice touch. This was a most pleasant experience and I highly recommend giving them a try. Well worth the ride. More

He is very knowledgeable about European Delivery. My trip to Munich was perfect. Car made it back the the US in record time. Tom had it prepped and ready to pickup. Smooth transaction. His name was recommended by one of my friends, and I was fortunate enough to have worked with him for my first BMW new car Flemington BMW dealership. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and always accessible for any concerns and questions I, as a customer had for him. He spent some good amount of time providing me with useful information and going over all of the car's specification on the day of its delivery. It's not always easy to find a good sales agent at a car dealership who can be friendly and approachable for any information. I recommend him, and I'm sure I would want to work with him again for future purchase of BMWs. Beyond that, I also found other employees at Flemington Dealership quite helpful and sincere to deal with. The facility and building itself is very specious and comfortable. Even though it may not be the closest BMW around your home, it's worth the extra miles to drive in and deal with great people as opposed to Edison Open Road. More
