I generally don't take the time to write reviews, and I rarely use superlatives. However, Flemington BMW and its great staff, in particular Tom Terrill (Client Advisor) and Ed Kiley (New Car Manager), are the best and deserve the highest grades in every category. They are very nice and consistently have treated us fairly. We have never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and Tom Terrill has always been willing to give us whatever time and information we've needed to configure our BMWs thoughtfully. Moreover, we have never had to compromise; we've been able to get the cars that we've wanted, configured as we've wanted. Tom has always been very helpful after delivery too, and we are very pleased with Flemington BMW's service department. We plan to be back for BMW 11. More
