I started in the car business as a 21 year old kid not knowing what I wanted to with my life and decided to sell cars during summer break. As I gained experience, I learned quickly that the best way to become successful in the car business is to help customers through the stressful process and make a friend. I take pride in having a loyal repeat and referral customer base that put their trust in me to treat them fairly while sharing a mutual respect. My customer service does not end at the sale, if anything that is where it begins. As a Commercial Manager I'm in and out of the store quite often visiting local businesses and offering our #1 line of commercial trucks and vans. I have a personal car dealer that I have purchased cars from for many years. What keeps me coming back to her is her level of care and professionalism. I have now found the same thing for my business pur from for many years. What keeps me coming back to her is her level of care and professionalism. Most important I didn't get that "sleezy car salesman" feel with Tom. Hes not trying to talk you into anything. He just works hard at getting what you ask for.
