I started in the car business as a 21 year old kid not knowing what I wanted to with my life and decided to sell cars during summer break. As I gained experience, I learned quickly that the best way to become successful in the car business is to help customers through the stressful process and make a friend. I take pride in having a loyal repeat and referral customer base that put their trust in me to treat them fairly while sharing a mutual respect. My customer service does not end at the sale, if anything that is where it begins. As a Commercial Manager I'm in and out of the store quite often visiting local businesses and offering our #1 line of commercial trucks and vans. While trying to decide b Ladies, BE NOT AFRAID - - - HE HAS THE PATIENCE OF JOB!!! I heartily recommend TOM STANCIL to help you find your car. While trying to decide between 3 different models and walking back and forth across the lot checking seat comfort, head room, ease of entry, etc., I asked Tom to bring all three cars to one spot and put them side by side. He didn't roll his eyes, grimace, or give me reasons why he couldn't do it. He just smiled, said that it was a good idea, and went and drove them over. He let me climb in and out repeatedly, answered all my questions, and demonstrated the different functions and amenities of each one. There was no hurry, no pressure, and he said it was fine if I wanted to bring someone else to look at them and give me their opinion. When my car came in, he cheerfully programmed my phone,showed me all the gadgets, and again answered all my questions. He's a real gem, and if you forget how something works, just go back in and he'll explain it all again! More

I went in for an oil change and left with a new car for a price and payment I liked. Tom is very easy to communicate with and understands what you are saying. I told him what payment I wanted, and he did no price and payment I liked. Tom is very easy to communicate with and understands what you are saying. I told him what payment I wanted, and he did not try to up sell me or pull any fast tricks like some of the other dealers I have talked to. They are very upfront and honest. And the process was so fast and easy. I will be back soon because we are looking for a truck also. More

It’s all about trust. My husband and I purchased two vehicles from Ganley Ford Barberton in 2009. Our salesman was Tom Stancil. We originally bought a 2009 Ford Focus from Tom in Feb 2009 and then later vehicles from Ganley Ford Barberton in 2009. Our salesman was Tom Stancil. We originally bought a 2009 Ford Focus from Tom in Feb 2009 and then later returned in the year to purchase a Ford Ranger with Tom. We returned because Tom is very helpful, informative and most importantly (to me), not “pushy”. He explained everything in detail but in simple terms and made the entire selection process stress free! Buying a vehicle is a huge investment, and I would highly recommend you visit Ganley Ford in Barberton! PS: I never give a perfect score on price! More
