Sales manager Tom Redd is one of the most kind and personable individuals that I’ve met in a long time and you could tell that his team really enjoy working for/with him. He approved the sale of the car I wanted with minimal back and forth phone calls, understood I had a tight budget, and even sent a car to pick me up at home so I could test drive, sign the contract, and drive off in my new (used) vehicle! This was hands down THE BEST EXPERIENCE that I’ve ever had purchasing a car at a dealership!! Also a special shout out to Edgar in finance who is exceedingly good at his job and who patiently explained every single aspect of the contract to me.
