Great service I have purchased my last five cars from Klaben Ford, and I have always been satisfied with the service I received. I moved out of town a couple years I have purchased my last five cars from Klaben Ford, and I have always been satisfied with the service I received. I moved out of town a couple years ago, and on several occasions I have come back to town and I was able to get appointments on short notice. My most recent visit to Klaben required my car to be kept overnight, and a loaner car was provided for me. They were unable to find anything wrong with my car, and they didn't charge me anything. I'll definitely return to Klaben Ford in Kent even though I live out of town. More

Multiple issues with 2016 F-150 Service has been helpful. Although when the truck was brought in before, issues were ignored and the rental car that I was received was a total mess. Service has been helpful. Although when the truck was brought in before, issues were ignored and the rental car that I was received was a total mess. I am very grateful that they keep in contact with me as the customer but I have my concerns with having this many issues since only having the truck starting in October 2016. Being in the military and have additional duties, I can't afford to miss any meeting or scheduled flights. More

Fast and Courteous I had my new 2017 Fusion in for a software update on my passenger side window. Joe at the service desk set up my appointment and said it would typic I had my new 2017 Fusion in for a software update on my passenger side window. Joe at the service desk set up my appointment and said it would typically take 2-3 hours and scheduled a shuttle for me to the office the day of my appointment. I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning and had a shuttle waiting to take me to work. At that time, the service desk still anticipated a 2-3 hour job. I was pleasantly surprised that within an hour, my i was already back with my vehicle and the issue resolved. Thank you for your fast and courteous service!! More

Best service I have ever received at a car dealership I purchased a new Ford F150 from Klaben Ford in August 2016. I like the truck very much but what I am truly impressed by is the service I have received. Shortly after I purchased the truck I had a minor problem with the door locks. The service manager, Tom Alcorn personally got involved and took the initiative to call me twice to follow up. The service writer I am lucky enough to be dealing with is Anthony Wilson. Anthony is the most polite and knowledgeable service writer I have ever encountered. Perhaps that is the culture in this service department because Tom Alcorn is a true professional. I have purchased many new cars in my life including Toyotas, Hondas, Jeep and even a new Mercedes. I have never had better service anywhere and I am truly appreciative. My next Ford is from Klaben. In the past I have had issue with other Ford service centers and now I travel hours just for service at Klaben because I know they will treat me with courtesy and will fix my car properly so that I can feel safe in it.
