I am reassured that the replacement parts are correct and of the best quality. They are always willing to work with my schedule and to secure alternate transportation should I need it. The staff respectfully listens to my concerns and follows through on explaining the details of the problems to me. They treat my 2004 Taurus wagon with the same TLC and respect as they would a 2019 Lincoln! That's a class act! More

Excellent service I was able to drop my vehicle off and come back when service was completed. I left a discount coupon with the tech whom checked me in he later called I was able to drop my vehicle off and come back when service was completed. I left a discount coupon with the tech whom checked me in he later called to inform me that the coupon wasn’t valid for what I needed done (oil change) I ok’d the new charges and continued my errands. After a called checking on approval or denial of a issue found on my car I was later called to inform me Work was completed and I could pick my car up at my leisure. I paid upon returning and after a brief conversation about any future concerns I left. And left happy with everything that had been done. More

Fusion recall loaner Tom Alcorn was very helpful, and i was able to see him without waiting. I later decided just to drive our Mercury with no one in the passenger seat, rather than fuss with Enterprise about availability, models, etc. But Tom was great ! This was for the Mercury airbag recall , not my Fusion steering wheel bolt recall. More

Perfectly serviced We've recently required service on two of our Fords - one was having an issue with its Sync system and the other had an issue with the driver's door.
