Your labor and materials are way out of hand. Alignment was over $360. For shocks, rear brakes, and brake booster the price was over $3000. There are many other businesses that do the same quality of work for much less. The new text for approval/disapproval of work sucks. Approver/disapproval cannot be changed if wrong selection is selected. I have purchased 5 vehicles from James Wood since 2001. I will not have any more work done at James Wood. Too bad you have not maintained the same attitude as did Mr. Wood. I used to leave your business believing it was okay to spend so much on repairs. It was the quality I was proud of. Now the prices are just too high, and there are other businesses that do the same quality and 2/3 your prices. More

It was pretty fast service but car wash was terrible. Then they tried to make me pay for oil change and I have a maintenance plan that I have used a couple times at this location. I would have understood if this was the first time to have my car there but it wasn’t. More
