I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. I bought my last 3 cars from Klaben. Roscoe was my salesman for the last two. He was very helpful in finding the car right for me. I appreciate all his help. Tim Casto was very nice and helpful and very understanding. Christine Klaben was very nice and explained he paperwork to me very well. Whenever I have had any of my cars serviced I always asked for Mona. She has always helped me out with servicing my cars. I will continue to go to her for my car service. Also Sean has always helped me out when a service problem needed to be addressed. I will always recommend Klaben Ford. I rate you 5 stars! More

I had service performed on my 2017 F-150 and while the initial appointment did not go as planned, Sean Bradford stepped-in to make things right. I could not be happier with my recent experiences with Sean. I have been buying cars and trucks from Klaben Ford for over 30 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. While the salesman may come and go, the service professionals like Mona Crooks and Sean Bradford have been there many years (I think Mona has been there over 20 years) and these are the important people that have worked to maintain my loyalty. Both Mona and Sean are awesome! More

Service took care of a problem we had with the work we had done. They repaired a problem with the windshield wipers. The next day they didn't work again. Lots that needed fixed on my car that is 8 years old. Worked with Sean Bradford on costs and he gave me abetter price than originally told to fix the necessary safety problems. Still needed A/C compressor fixed and decided to wait on that since summer almost over. Sean has written up a quote for me to come back to later next summer. My husband who is fairly handy and has fixed cars before decided to Google the problem. Found that compressors rarely go bad. Suggestion on YouTube to look at the fuse. So my husband did that and found it is the fix. A/C compressor working. Bought the recharge kit at autozone for 40, replaced the fuse (no leak in the line as originally told) and saved 1,000. Husband says they 100% tries to take advantage of my being a woman. Ugh. Want to like bringing my car there bc it's close and easy but I just don't trust them. More
