Klaben has been super great to me with their customer satisfaction, I had recently had an issue with a recent service visit and after bringing the issue to the attention of the staff I was promptly conta satisfaction, I had recently had an issue with a recent service visit and after bringing the issue to the attention of the staff I was promptly contacted and helped. Both the advisor I worked with and manager who contacted me have been more than helpful, respectful, and accommodating. They turned a disappointing visit I had around and more than made up for it.
