I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. Klaben has been super great to me with their customer satisfaction, I had recently had an issue with a recent service visit and after bringing the issue to the attention of the staff I was promptly conta satisfaction, I had recently had an issue with a recent service visit and after bringing the issue to the attention of the staff I was promptly contacted and helped. Both the advisor I worked with and manager who contacted me have been more than helpful, respectful, and accommodating. They turned a disappointing visit I had around and more than made up for it.
