Well they didn't have the part I needed and was already diagnosed yet they charged me $150 for a diagnostic and over $300 for a small hose that wasn't the stock part just a random hose they said would take diagnosed yet they charged me $150 for a diagnostic and over $300 for a small hose that wasn't the stock part just a random hose they said would take off my check engine light. That's located behind the drivers side wheeel so not that hard to get to either. Not to mention it's a hose that affects my powertrain which is still under warranty but they insisted it didn't qualify to be covered by my warranty when after two shops told me it actually did. So again why mom and pop shops are better then dealerships cause they aren't ripping you off! More
