Samantha was awesome in reaching out and explaining things. She makes up for a previous bad experience years ago with the service department. Service is only used when problems must be resolved by a Honda dealership while the car remains under warranty. More

She helped me set everything up but after the cost I realized it was too much. I spoke to my son and we determined what I could afford. So I went back in and told her what I wanted done and what Not to realized it was too much. I spoke to my son and we determined what I could afford. So I went back in and told her what I wanted done and what Not to do. She seemed aggravated with me and I felt uncomfortable. I understand that I changed things, but I had to do it for myself. I’m a widow and on a fixed income. I know what I will have to do with my car, but I’m not sure if I will do it at Russ Darrow any longer. I’ve always been treated with respect and dignity there, but I did not feel like it on this day. I paid my bill and was going to talk to her but she was on the phone also when I tried to go back and ask her a question at one point she was on the phone and ignored me. I don’t usually do reviews, but I hope she realizes how to treat people. Thank you. More
