
Since I was a small child, I have had a love, and passion for Mercedes-Benz Automobiles. I was intrigued by their design, elegance, and class. As I grew older, I always kept the Mercedes-Benz brand close to my heart. For many years, after college, I was in different areas of the interior design industry. I decided to make a change after the housing bubble busted. I am honored to have been with the Mercedes-Benz brand since 2010. Initially, my focus was on Sales, and now I am currently a Master-Certified Product Concierge at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. I am the go to expert for any technical question, refresher, or concern with your new or vintage Benz. I love working hand in hand with sales and service to give our client the best experience. I purchased my MB at another dealership and took delivery late in the evening which might have been the reason for not having been given the time to familiarize me with the features and functions that my car late in the evening which might have been the reason for not having been given the time to familiarize me with the features and functions that my car was equipped with. After driving the car for nearly one year, i felt that I needed a tutorial or guided tour of all the WOW things my car could do. I made an appointment with John Lisi and to my delight, he introduced me to many of the functions and capabilities that I had not been able to make use of. Not only did he guide me through those functions but also explained the more than just how to use them, he also went into a more indepth explanation of why the operate as they do. He was very patient with my questions and made me feel as if I can call on him with follow-up questions if/when needed. He's a wonderful representative of Mercedes Benz of Princeton and I'm grateful for the time he made available to me. More
