My service writer Nick Aberin kept me fully informed during each step of the repair process & Shop Foreman & Certified Diagnostic Technician Peter Thibault was able to thoroughly diagnose & resolve an issue I'd been experiencing with unexpected battery drain. I had a slow leak in a tire so I stopped at Mavis and they told me it was a run-flat tire and they couldn't fix it, it would have to be replaced. Instead I took the car to Princeton Mercedes and they as they told me it was a run-flat tire and they couldn't fix it, it would have to be replaced.
