Today, I tried to return my leased Mercedes Benz to Princeton. I originally purchased the vehicle at MB Doylestown. For logistical reasons, I chose to return it to Princeton. I called in advance to det Princeton. I originally purchased the vehicle at MB Doylestown. For logistical reasons, I chose to return it to Princeton. I called in advance to determine how long the process would take. I was then told by an assistant of Mr Lebron that Mr Lebron indicated, "we are maxed out on this car and I will have to go to Doylestown". After trying to convince the assistant that this was the best manner for me.....HE HUNG UP on me. I then contacted Mr Lebron. He added that "you purchased it from Doylestown...return it to them". As I understand it from Mercedes corporate, all dealerships are not permitted to turn this request down. Mr Lebron also must have looked up my recent discussions with one of his sales persons. We put down a down payment on a new Mercedes, awaiting its arrival"2-3 months later", but within that same week we requested a cancellation and a refund. According to Mr Lebron, this was ALSO a reason they refused to accept our auto off of the lease. Mr Lebron would not clarify the last name of the GM. He claimed ....dyslexia...for not spelling it out for me.....WOW. VERY POOR relations....... I also immediately called the General Mgr...MR Wilkening. The person who answered the phone said "he left for the day"....this was about 1:30 pm on a friday...seems convenient.....but I guess possible. More

Our technicians, Victor Rivera, and Brian McCoy provide excellent communication in keeping us up-to-date with what is going on with the number one! Our technicians, Victor Rivera, and Brian McCoy provide excellent communication in keeping us up-to-date with what is going on with the vehicle with the needs and possible cost might be. Service was, surprisingly, magnificent! ! I never expected such great service. I'm used to "run of the mill" service in the other MB Center on Route One.. I'm hooked on the service here. ! This was my first service visit and I am very pleased with their professionalism. Victor was a good communicator. I did get pushed back a day from original appointment last minute but that was due to an with their professionalism. Victor was a good communicator.
