I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

He was pleasant and funny and not pushy at ALL! He took such great care of my mom and I! He's extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and figured out exactly what car would be best for me! Mr Klaben himself made sure that I was taken care of and able to purchase this car! Thank you Mr Klaben! And to Jennifer, you were so pleasant, kind and caring! Buying this car was the most pleasant car buying experience I have EVER had and we felt like royalty the entire time! Thanks to all of you! More

Nate was friendly, sincere and thorough. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and answer all of our questions. The owner, Rich Klaben, even came over to introduce himself and explain the certification process for all their used cars (which is very stringent--you won't end up with a lemon from this place!). Ford Financing offered us a competitive rate that matched the APR on a loan we received from our personal bank. No hassle, no haggling, no pressure--just excellent customer service. I would refer friends and family here in a heartbeat. More
