I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Always head awesome service Klaben We have used Klaben Service center since 2013 when we purchased our new 2013 F-150 New. Although we have a couple for dealers within 3 miles of our ho We have used Klaben Service center since 2013 when we purchased our new 2013 F-150 New. Although we have a couple for dealers within 3 miles of our house we always take the 35 mile trip each way to get our F-150 and now our new 2017 F-350 serviced at Klaben. We had a great buying experience at Klaben so we have decided to stick with them for the same quality service. Unfortunately we were unable to purchase our new F-350 from due to extenuating circumstances on my part. Highly recommend Klaben for sales and service!!!! More

I was contact via text messaging from a follow up on a used truck I was looking at from the Klaben FB page. Long story short Im in a brand new 2017 F-150. Chris was great to deal with from start to finish. His attention to details and being able to communicate via email and text was great. I would highly recommend Chris and Klaben if you are in the market for new car or truck. Not to mention Ford has really stepped up their car and truck game.
