Always a smooth and professional experience at Rallye Motors for sales and service. Rallye always improving and tweaking their processes to give their customers a world class experience. I brought the car in for an issue with the key fab, which worked only one time after i left the dealership. Told me I needed $2600 work of work though which I declined. Had another appt for a loaner to 'try' worked only one time after i left the dealership. Told me I needed $2600 work of work though which I declined. Had another appt for a loaner to 'try' to fix the issue again, they never showed as the person who was supposed to show called out sick. Im going to try again this Tuesday.... this should be simple. My warranty is over next march 2026, as much as i like the car, the service experience has been poor at best.... this has not been the only issue More
