Hi LSLAUDON, we sincerely apologize for the delay and understand how frustrating that must have been—especially after scheduling an early appointment. You’re absolutely right to expect that your vehicle would be looked at in a timely manner. Our appointment times are intended to help us manage workflow, but we clearly fell short in your case and did not meet expectations. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re reviewing our scheduling and communication processes to prevent this from happening again.
