As part of the negotiation, I was given a charger for the car I purchased which otherwise does not come with one. When I got home it didn't work. The original sales agent (Jake), who was great said he would car I purchased which otherwise does not come with one. When I got home it didn't work. The original sales agent (Jake), who was great said he would mail me a new one. Unfortunately he had an emergency and no one else in the dealership will honor that and mail me a replacement. They said it was a courtesy to give a charger despite the fact that it was agreed upon during the conversation before signing the deal. I even said if they don't have a charger they could give me something of similar value like all weather mats and this was also declined. Finally, I only received one key and they have still not successfully arranged for a second key. If you can avoid them, I would definitely do business with a better and more reputable dealership in the future. More
