Hi, I’m Orland, and for over 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people find more than just cars — I help them find comfort, confidence, and a vehicle that truly fits their life. To me, this isn’t just a job — it’s about building real relationships. I take pride in listening first, understanding what matters most to you, and making sure you never feel rushed or pressured. Whether you're buying your very first car, upgrading for your growing family, or just ready for something new, I’ll be by your side every step of the way. I believe every customer deserves respect, honesty, and genuine care. That’s what I aim to deliver — not just a great deal, but a great experience. When you work with me, you’re not just getting a salesperson — you're getting someone who treats your needs like his own. I’d love the chance to earn your trust and help you drive away happy. Let’s make your next vehicle the right one — together.

BY FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A DEALERSHIP. From beginning to thankfully THE END it was absolutely terrible. Collin was the salesman and he was terrible he was looking at his phone the entire t From beginning to thankfully THE END it was absolutely terrible. Collin was the salesman and he was terrible he was looking at his phone the entire time we spoke and test drove. At his desk he wanted me to sign on a sheet that was $8,000 over the asking $23k asking price on a 2018 used vehicle. I told him I want to be at $25k out the door he wrote it down and said no problem sign next to the $25k out the door and the finance lady will come get you and then he disappeared without me seeing or signing a reprinted sheet with the new number. I waited 45 minutes and then she came and got me and said we can get it down to $26.5 and I said okay that’s fine then she took that paper away and said “sign here” and I said ”this paper still says $29k” she then crossed out a $3000 service plan and said yeah we canceled that and that’s how it got down to 26.5. Then the bank calls me to confirm everything before they fund the loan and notified me there was a service plan that I did pay for. She told me it is $650 and cover 2 OIL CHANGES! THATS IT FOR $650. I told her I did not ask or sign for any contracts and only regulated gap insurance. I looked at my contract and there was a $450 charge for service and a $499 charge for theft deterrent which I did not ask for and they did not even install on my vehicle. She said I need to go back to the dealership Because they are attempting fraud. I asked to speak to the woman in finance and instead a manager (I did not get his name but he was tall bald and had glasses) said “yeah we aren’t recontracting anything for you. You signed for 29k and that’s what you got. The dealership had to add these things on to cover the discount you asked for. And every bank turned you down so we did you a favor.” I responded with “first of all why are you so hostile I haven’t even spoken yet. How did no bank want to approve me when I have a 790 credit score and show me where I signed for any add ons or for 29k. He showed me the sheet for $29k WHICH SHOWED THE LADYS SIGNATURE FOR REMOVING THE $3k. And said oh let me go speak to her. He called me in and said okay we aren’t recontracting anything but she’s going to refund the 2 add ons since I did not sign for those. The lady sent me an email stated that it would be refunded but when I called back to the bank she said that there is no way for the dealership to refund the money if the vehicle hasn’t even been funded by the bank yet. The BANK recommended I return the vehicle due to fraudulent financing and purchase from a different dealership. When have you ever heard a bank recommend to return a vehicle and not give them $30k??? That’s how bad this was that even the bank wanted nothing to do with this. I would love to speak to the general manager who was “not available” today but I would love for him to give me a call when he gets a second. I will give an update on Google reviews if I ever speak to him. More

Orlando was very accommodating and fair in negotiations with Orlando. Test drove the vehicle and looked at several others before making my selection. This was a situation from the start. I was on line and expressed interest on the car and filled out all the information requested on line including prequalifying. That same evening I re I was on line and expressed interest on the car and filled out all the information requested on line including prequalifying. That same evening I received a call from internet sales advising the car was available. I advised I would be up to see it on Thursday, or Tuesday if I could clear the time. This took place Monday evening. I came up the next day Tuesday from Key Largo. I was meet by Jose and after about 45 minutes of waiting he comes and says he has good news and bad news. The car was available but was ut on loan. Why did the internet sales people not say that before I drive 2 hours up there. Then he works up a price that was almost 10k higher then the Sale Price in the internet posting. His reason was that I didn't quantify for all the incentives. When questioned he stated that no-one qualified for all the incentives. I told him I would only settle for the Sale Price as advertised. Jose goes to the manager and comes back with a price 6k higher then the sale price. We were walking out when a manager intervened. I told him (Chris I believe) the story and what I was only willing to pay the Sale Price as posted. Chris comes back with a 40k price. I said no and started to leave. He said would I compromise and I said 37500 out the door. He agreed. Then we had to wait over an hour to see the finance guy. Then wee sat there while he fills out all the paper work on the electronic signature board. The last document is the finance agreement which showed 41,000 approx. amount, if I had not caught that it would of been to late and I told the finance guy the agreed about with Chris was 37,500 out the door. So he had to start all over. Total time there as 6 hours. Totally unacceptable. The the car was 36 hours to get delivered to us because they had trouble retrieving it from Loan. Last but not least the charge cord that I ask 3 times to both Jose and Orlando to check and make sure it was there. As expect it was not and Orlando said it was not included even thought it is stated in the documents advertising from Chrysler that it is. Orlando stated it would be sent to me. I'm still waiting. The only reason I persisted was the Sale Price that was advertised was a good deal. A buyer should be able to pay the sale price without the hassle. Terrible service and a lot of deception. Only positive is I am satisfied with the deal that I had to keep watch for. The financial person change of loan amount was very very unprofessional. More
