There was a lack of communication with me throughout the entire process. On both occasions, I had to be the one to call just to get them to start working on my cars, after a discussion with the so-calle the entire process. On both occasions, I had to be the one to call just to get them to start working on my cars, after a discussion with the so-called manager yesterday and another one on Friday. Eventually, I had to contact the general manager of the dealership, who kindly stepped in and resolved my issue. This dealership has always had my respect, as has their service, but honestly, nowadays they leave much to be desired. They tried to keep my cars for two days just for a battery replacement. The “new” batteries are showing only 12% capacity. I have never had these kinds of issues with the previous managers. There is no longer respect for the position of manager at that location, and it seems like anyone can pass themselves off as one. On top of that, I was severely overcharged for tires. Two tires for a Jeep Wrangler were priced the same as four tires at other stores. I just paid $190 per tire at Tire Kingdom today, while these people were charging $327.05 per tire — $655 plus alignment for just two tires. The total came out to $858 for two NEXEN tires! This pricing is extremely excessive and unreasonable. More

I may be rating the dealership and Richardson, a five, but the communication when you pull up needs improvement. I was told to pull in a guy asked why I was out there.
