They received my car Friday afternoon with no communication from the service agent. I was without a vehicle because their policy is they have 24-48 to evaluate to see what is wrong. Then it was me constantly having to text for any updates. They could not find anything wrong with my Jeep even though both myself and the tow truck driver couldn’t get it to start. First I received an email stating that I missed my appointment. No, that was incorrect as the jeep was dropped off the night before and keys were left in the Dropbox. My appointment was set for 7am. I had to call to check the status of the vehicle at 9 am. The consultant's were scrambling and asked if I wanted a tire rotation? I said yes, that is why the coupon was put into the envelope the night before. 2 hours later I get a phone call stating they can not find the lock key for the tires. I told them it was in the glove box. 40 mins later I get another call to say they can not find it. I pick up the jeep, and find the key in the glove box. During the process there was no inquires about my stop / start light being on the vehicle ( which is probably to be expected as I did not ask them to review it) However. I never got the initial call to go over any recommendations or the video/ photos that usually comes with the service. I have to say this appointment was a disappointment and handled poorly. More
