To management at Arrigo Sawgrass, I scheduled an appointment 9 days ahead to replace a windshield that was broken at another dealership. I was paying $1,900 out of pocket and bypassing insurance. My rep told me the windshield would be in before my appointment. When I pulled in, the greeter checked with my rep and came back saying the rep didn't have an appointment with me. A few minutes later the rep came outside and said he forgot because he was so busy. I should have left right then. Instead I let them hold my truck for two days and the windshield never showed up. Every call I made to the rep ended the same way. He'd say he was going to call me back in 30 minutes with an answer and never did, not once. I'd have to call him a few hours later and he'd act overwhelmed and ask if he could call me back again. He never did that either. While I was waiting I overheard at least three other customers getting the same treatment from different reps. We own a home in Lakewood Ranch near Sarasota and a condo on the Intracoastal in Pompano. I was looking for a dealership I could rely on. You had a customer at the door with $1,900 cash ready to spend and an appointment on the books. You lost the sale and wasted two days of my time. Run the math on what's happening in that service center. On my $1,900 windshield, estimate $1,100 gross profit and around $400 net after expenses. If 4 customers a day get the runaround I got, that's roughly $1.9M in revenue and $416K in net profit walking out the door per year. These are customers with confirmed appointments who showed up ready to pay. Whatever is going on in there isn't just costing you reputation, it's costing you real money. More

I had my oil changed on Saturday I left for Jacksonville on Wednesday and returned the following Wednesday when I woke up on Thursday I found a puddle of oil under the engine I got under the vehicle and fou on Wednesday and returned the following Wednesday when I woke up on Thursday I found a puddle of oil under the engine I got under the vehicle and found the oil filter loose on the fitting. I secured the filter by hand and the oil leak stopped I drove over 700 miles with an unsecured oil filter driving with my family in the vehicle. I contacted your dealership who send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle they looked at the vehicle and said there was no leak and the oil level was still satisfactory I told him I wanted it changed and he agreed to do with it. I have constantly had issue with this oil change department no following directions I’m afraid this was the last straw, you have a most incredible dealership but this oil change department is nothing less the horrible I can risk my investment and jeopardizing my family for your shortcomings. More
